International Water Association Expert Shares Valuable Insights with Dr. B. Lal Institute of Biotechnology Students
Dr. B. Lal Institute of Biotechnology recently had the privilege of hosting an expert talk by Mr. Jeyannathann Karunanithi, the Regional Operations Manager at the International Water Association.
The topic of the talk was "Opportunities for Young Water Professionals in WASH sector paradigm and Role of IWA in achieving SDG6 targets."
Mr. Karunanithi spoke about the various scholarships and opportunities provided by IWA in the water sector and his guidance was valuable for students interested in pursuing careers in this field.
Mr. Karunanithi has an impressive background in biochemical engineering and environmental engineering, with a focus on modelling wastewater treatment plants.
He completed his M.S. by Research in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli.
