This involves personal or group based activities which would include planned sessions and personalized session as per requirement. The key activities include counseling, open house, webinars, career fair, etc.
These would be targeted twice a year in spring and autumn for duration of 2 – 6 months. It involves exposure to different industries and/or research labs involving advanced tools and techniques and/or targeting a specific research problem with certain key objectives and finding solutions for the same.
This would involve specific courses additional to the curriculum such as Data Analytics, Cyber Crime, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc. The duration would be between 6 – 12 months.
It is a two way programme wherein training or research activities at BIBT and at the partner institute can be availed to and fro.

As always my experience was great at BIBT, I hone my skills there also my research experience and overall research aptitude development was great. I always liked BIBT, not particular about a teacher or staff members, everyone is supportive there. So my experience at BIBT is wonderful and I believe they keep up the same spirit and good work for students.
We want to create a ragging free campus. Ragging is a damaging form of interaction of the seniors in college or school with the juniors, newcomers or first years. It involves insults, running errands for seniors and many other complex activities. To check the hazard of ragging, Dr .B. Lal Institute constitutes an Anti-Ragging Cell. All freshers are advised to report any incidence of “Ragging” to the class coordinators/HoDs and other faculty members. We also procure affidavits from the students and parents for anti-ragging commitments and code of conduct duly signed for 75% attendance. We strongly promote ‘Don’t Rag, but also don’t be a mute witness to ragging’.
