National Technology Day-2023
On 11th May 2023, CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute(CEERI), Jaipur Vigyan Bharti Rajasthan and Dr. B. Lal Institute of Biotechnology, Jaipur and Royal Society of Chemistry Celebrated National Technology Day.
We were honored to have with us the Chief Guest for the evening Dr.Shiv Singh Rathore, Ex-Chairman and Member of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer and the Guest of Honor, Dr. Laxman Singh Rathore, renowned scientist and Former Director General of India Meteorological Department .
Honored to have our special guest Dr. Ashok Sharma, Environmental Scientist, would also like to mention Dr. P.C. Panchariya, Director of CSIR-CEERI, Pilani, Dr. Meghendra Sharma, Secretary, Vigyan Bharti, VIBHA and Mr. Saksham Gupta, Deputy Director, Dr. B. Lal Institute of Biotechnology, Jaipur.
The students from class 9th -12th were invited to increase awareness towards science and technology, they got a chance to interact with senior scientists.
They also had an opportunity to attend Dr. Sudipti Arora's session on "Mission LiFE".
A quiz was organized as part of the National Technology Day celebrations, and the winners were felicitated with awards for their achievement .
Later in the day, CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute(CEERI) launched Chakra Shakti Training program , aimed at empowering youth with technical skills, the people would learn how to maintain the maintenance of E-tricycle and E-bicycle and will get employment opportunities.
