Dr. Sonika Saxena

Dr. Sonika is actively engaged in teaching, training, and research work, and works closely with various government funding agencies to organize different national conferences, seminars, faculty development programs, entrepreneurship awareness programs, webinars, and student counseling programs for the benefit of her students and team members. She is also a Co-PI for a DST-funded project related to Zero-Waste Transformation of Indian villages. In addition to her work at the Institute, Dr. Sonika has taken part in various national and international conferences and has published a variety of book chapters and research papers in reputed journals. She has been a keynote speaker at reputed conferences, a member of review committees for high-impact journals, and has also guided Ph.D. students. She serves as a life member of the National Environment Science Academy. Dr. Sonika is a strong believer in the importance of hands-on experience and practical exposure in creating a future workforce that can contribute to both the industry and society. She is dedicated to providing quality education and is committed to helping the Institute achieve its goals and objectives.
