Anubhuti Vyas is a Senior Manager in Human Resources, who has more than 12 years of experience in People Management, Management Consulting, Organizational Development, Strategy & Change. She has worked with leaders in MNCs, Govt and Non-Govt organizations. Anubhuti is responsible for People & Strategy, Training & Development, Placements & Industry Relations for the Institute. Her goal is to provide an ideal platform for the students by creating in-house excellence as well as effective Industry-academia collaboration for them to excel in academics, research & innovation.
Anubhuti is an MBA graduate from IBS Hyderabad and holds a graduate degree in Biotechnology. In addition to supporting management functions like Human Resources, Strategy, Marketing Communications & General Administration, she enjoys content writing & poetry, reading classic science fiction, travel blogging and is an AI & Design Thinking enthusiast.
We want to create a ragging free campus. Ragging is a damaging form of interaction of the seniors in college or school with the juniors, newcomers or first years. It involves insults, running errands for seniors and many other complex activities. To check the hazard of ragging, Dr .B. Lal Institute constitutes an Anti-Ragging Cell. All freshers are advised to report any incidence of “Ragging” to the class coordinators/HoDs and other faculty members. We also procure affidavits from the students and parents for anti-ragging commitments and code of conduct duly signed for 75% attendance. We strongly promote ‘Don’t Rag, but also don’t be a mute witness to ragging’.
