The session began with an insightful demonstration by Dr Aditi Nag, helping students understand the RT-PCR instrument, its functioning, and the workflow involved. Learning then moved from theory to hands-on practice, with Dr Sandeep K. Shrivastava and Dr Rajendra Ola Ola guiding students through the technique's practical aspects.
