The customer contacts our team via the official Email ID stating the experiments/services they wish to avail. Our representative responds to the mail or contacts the client telephonically for further clarifications. The queries are forwarded to the expert and the estimated expenditure is calculated based on their input. The cost and the turnaround time are communicated to the customer and the experiments are initiated after 50% payment of the requisite fee. When the results are available, the customers are contacted for the remaining payment and results are shared with them.
